Join Pinnacle Family Services - Make a Difference in Lives! Position: Full-time, Foster Care Treatment Coordinator Location: Columbia, SC (and surrounding areas) What Will I Be Doing? Conduct home visits and provide family support, case management, and crisis management to children in family and therapeutic foster care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children in foster care Coordinate and link children to appropriate services to minimize care fragmentation and ensure continuous access to necessary services Assist in the training of foster parents Collaborate closely with family assessment and planning teams to prepare all case plans and coordinate services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Background in human services and a commitment to serving others is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s degree preferred SC License preferred (LMSW, LCISW-CP, LPC-A, LPC) Child Mental Health experience required: 3 years preferred Access to reliable transportation (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license).
