The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. What Will I Be Doing? Recruit foster families who can provide nurturing environments for children in foster care. Serve as the primary liaison for our foster care marketing initiatives. Implement and execute foster care marketing strategies in the community. Connect with potential foster parents to educate them on the foster care system and requirements. Support families throughout the foster care application and training process. Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote foster care opportunities. Play a vital role in finding loving homes for children in need and supporting them through their journey. Am I A Good Fit? Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry. Knowledge of child welfare system Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, required. 2 years of experience working with the child welfare system preferred. Foster parent recruitment and licensing experience preferred. Access to reliable transportation adhering to all SC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) Apply Now and Be the Change in a Child's Life!
