This position offers a hands-on opportunity to navigate the complexities of foreclosure law, manage legal workflows, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling sensitive and confidential legal matters.Duties:Manage a portfolio of foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution.Draft, review, and file legal pleadings and documents related to foreclosure actions.Represent clients in court, attend hearings, and collaborate with opposing counsel.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure laws, including bankruptcy and collections requirements.Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all legal matters.Requirements:Active Bar membership in Tennessee.Minimum of 6 years of legal practice with a focus on foreclosure and creditor’s rights.Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Additional legal certifications or coursework in foreclosure or creditor's rights is a plus.Certifications:Active Tennessee Bar membership (mandatory).Skills:Proficient in legal research, drafting, and courtroom procedures.Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient case handling.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in legal correspondence.High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a volume-based setting.Proficient with computer systems and general office technology.Job Location:Chattanooga, TN
