Your job will be to lead our highly engaged team and manage the entire food and beverage department; under your watch, every guest leaves happy! Responsibilities: • Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy• Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement• Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises• Distribute keys and room assignments• Record credit card information Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred• Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards• Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction• Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations• Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly About Company: TAKE LEAVE FROM THE ORDINARY At AWOL Stowe we celebrate freedom and escape.
