Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., a plaintiff's civil litigation firm in Tampa, Orlando, and Boca Raton, Florida, seeks a mid to senior-level attorney experienced in handling and litigating flood insurance claims. The attorney will handle cases where the firm represents property owners in flood insurance and other first-party insurance disputes. Job duties will include: - - - - Drafting and arguing motions. - - - - Drafting pleadings and discovery documents. - - - - Taking and defending depositions. - - - - Attending mediations. - - - - Conducting trials. - - - - Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events - - - - Federal Court litigation experience is required.
