About the Role: Gen3 seeks a talented Financial Risk/Compliance Analyst to play a key role in supporting our clients' risk assessment and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with our team to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and conduct compliance audits. Location : Remote, US. What You'll Do: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Perform compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant regulations. Prepare reports and presentations on risk assessment and compliance findings. Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and compliance standards. Provide guidance and support to management on risk and compliance matters. What You'll Need: Bachelor’s degree in risk management or finance. 3+ years of experience in risk assessment. 2+ years of experience in compliance auditing. Proficient in risk assessment methodologies, compliance auditing, and analytical skills. What's Desired to Have: Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies, Department of Labor (DOL), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Office of Personnel Management (OPM)is highly desired. CRMA, CIA, or CPA certification. *The position is pending contract award. What's In It for You (full-time Gen3 employees): Competitive compensation.
