EXCITING FP&A OPPORTUNITY! We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planner and Analyst to join our esteemed client. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance through detailed analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances against budgets and forecasts Support the development of strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial guidance Prepare and present financial reports to senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
