This role involves supervising the reporting group accounting team, coordinating work across departments, and assisting the Corporate Controller in various financial functions. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and ensuring that all financial reporting meets the required standards and timelines. Requirements: The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fiscal management and supervisory experience in a health care related entity required. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting required. MBA / CPA or CMA preferred.
