Full job description Nucar Connection has a great opportunity for a finance manager to join our team! We are looking for an experienced finance manager with a proven track record. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a finance manager. We offer competitive compensation and a fun, stable, professional work environment. Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 yearly Responsibilities: Establish and reach monthly finance goals for sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks A strong understanding of federal and state regulations when preparing and finalizing financial transactions Determine customers' needs for finance and provide a range of options that meet their needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, employees and lending institutions.
