Compensation: • Salary: $50,000-$60,000• Health Stipend• 401k• Bonus Opportunities• Growth potential Responsibilities:• Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making processes• Develop and monitor financial reports for senior management to track company performance• Implement and maintain financial procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations• Oversee budget preparation and management to achieve financial goals and targets• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations• Directly manage office employees, including the Director of First Impressions, CVO, and broker• Assist agents and their administrative staff to enhance their work experience• Introduce new products/services to agents• Recruit, train, and consult personnel• Manage office receptionists, agents, and other staff Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel• Experience in a real estate office is a plus• Exhibit strong leadership and effective team-building capabilities• Possess outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills• Attentive to detail and thorough in completing tasks• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines• Thrive under pressure and maintain a solution-focused approach Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: Frequently recognized as the most innovative and agent-friendly brokerage in the nation, Keller Williams is a gathering place for the industry's best real estate agents.
