Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role within a tight-knit team? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our small but mighty Finance team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of financial duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial systems and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities: Manage financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Provide and interpret vital financial information to guide business decisions. Formulate budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Research and report on factors influencing business performance. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, and tax advisors. Stay updated on financial regulations and legislation. Perform bookkeeping tasks and prepare monthly/quarterly accounts. Prepare annual financial statements and support the audit process. Process bank payments and follow up as necessary. Issue sales invoices and monitor receivables. Submit VAT returns and assist with tax returns. Support the management team in achieving financial targets. Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting. Address audit issues identified by external auditors. Keep abreast of relevant tax developments through external advisors. Support change initiatives implemented by Group Finance. Handle month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain customer and supplier age analysis. Prepare the year-end audit file. Prepare monthly management account packs. Qualifications: University degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification, a Master’s or advanced degree is an advantage. Over 5 years of finance and accounting experience. Proficiency in Finance Sun software packages. Experience within an Audit Firm or Corporate Service provider. Direct experience in completing financial statements and GST returns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English. Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is a plus.
