The ideal candidate should have outstanding academic credentials, strong team skills, excellent analytical and drafting abilities, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic.Job Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial finance transactions.Draft and negotiate financing agreements, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management issues in commercial finance transactions.Assist in due diligence reviews and prepare related reports for clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement legal strategies.Review and interpret financial documents and disclosures.Handle closings and other transactional matters related to commercial finance.Maintain client relationships and provide responsive client service.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial finance.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Ohio or eligibility for admission.2-5 years of experience in commercial finance at a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong understanding of commercial lending practices and financing structures.Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated record of success.Solid team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.Superior analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities and support for continuing legal education.
