For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs• Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner• Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner Qualifications: • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience• Sales experience necessary• Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus • Experience in the Insurance Industry and or Financial Services is a plus but not a requirement, New York Life will provide the Best training in the Industry Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Company Average About Company: At New York Life-Irvine, we strive to be the best every day, the same as you.
