This is an employed position within a large non-profit organization serving west-central Minnesota and eastern North Dakota. Opportunity Highlights Join a team of 2 Family Medicine/OB physicians, 1 OB/GYN physician, and 1 nurse midwife. OB deliveries/year averaging 220 births/year (30% Cesarean) Practice in a new $30 million dollar state-of-the-art medical clinic OB On-call 1:4 or Family Medicine (no OB) On-call by phone 1:6 EPIC EMR Qualified candidates must be BC/BE Family Medicine with fellowship training in OB. Financial Package TOP TIER compensation plan with a vast array of benefits, including 6 weeks of PTO $288K, 2-year salary guarantee. Generous sign-on bonus ($100K) with assistance in residency if needed 2-year partnership track.
