Primary CareWoodside, New YorkFull Time As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing primary healthcare services to children and families. Working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan, from newborns to adolescents, with a focus on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families, providing support, education, and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will also include: Prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting the results to develop effective treatment plans. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Schedule: Mon-Friday daytime. Outpatient only. Competitive annual compensation ranges: $135-$150K based on experience along with a Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) + match, as well as generous paid time off. Qualifications:Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.New York Nurse Practitioner license active.2 plus years of post graduate Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care setting.
