Seeking a BC/BE Family Physician to join our Primary Care Clinic in Northern Washington. Autonomous rural medicine with robust specialty support Easy referral setup - multi-specialty group with specialists doing outreach EPIC EMR Treating all ages Our team includes three Advanced Practice Providers and one other Physician Flexible scheduling available Robust loan repayment Most providers work a four day work week and see 18-24 patients per day. New providers are ramped up slowly. Typical schedule is 20 minute appointments, with 60 minutes for new patients What we re seeking The ideal candidate is a dedicated family physician Someone who will embrace the unique nuances of rural medicine Team-oriented professional willing to directly supervise APPs Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Who we are Located in north central Washington State, Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system that includes: Two hospitals with more than 30 medical specialties More than 300 physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians A 12,000 square-mile service area in 12 communities Our vision is to become the highest value rural healthcare system in the nation that improves health, quality of life, and is a source of pride to those who work here.
