Primary Care opening in Farmington, ME_x000D x000D_Full Time_x000D_Permanent_x000D x000D_Community Health Group is seeking a full time BC/BE Family /Internal Medicine physician to join our team in_x000D_our office based practice located in Farmington, Maine._x000D x000D_The Family/Internal Medicine practice is located on the Hospital campus and provides office based_x000D_primary care medicine services and preventive and diagnostic cardiovascular services and serves a population of_x000D_approximately 40,000. The local medical community provides excellent collegial interaction and referral relationships._x000D_In addition to an annual base salary, the compensation model for physicians at hospital offers significant additional_x000D_income potential. Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes three physicians and two nurse_x000D_practitioners, working with exceptional support staff.
