Duties:Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support proceedings.Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and agreements.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.Handle multiple cases and manage competing priorities effectively.Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court as necessary. Requirements:Active admission to the Colorado Bar.Demonstrated exceptional writing skills through writing samples.Strong verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.Customer service mindset with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.Strong references attesting to expertise and professionalism. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active and in good standing with the Colorado Bar. Skills:Excellent legal writing and research skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client service. Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
