The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, focused, and a team player with a pleasant personality. They should be able to work independently and be comfortable multitasking and managing cases. This position requires strong writing and communication skills, familiarity with court rules and procedures, and the capability to produce high-quality written work. The successful candidate will also be adept at litigating cases in court, negotiating cases, and interacting with opposing counsel.Job Description:Duties:Produce high-quality written work, including legal briefs, motions, and other court documents.Manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough and accurate information gathering.Navigate court rules and procedures confidently.Multitask and manage multiple cases with ease.Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Litigate cases in court, presenting arguments and examining witnesses.Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing counsels.Develop and refine the firm's systems, including policies, procedures, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and instructional videos.Analyze statistical information to identify areas for service improvement and efficiency.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of civil litigation and family law experience.Licensed to practice law in California.Member of the American Bar Association.Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written work.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with court rules and procedures.Ability to multitask and manage cases effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dedication to ethical practice and client service.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in California.Member of the American Bar Association.Skills:Exceptional legal research and drafting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.Creativity in problem-solving and developing systems.Proficient IT skills for managing case files and documentation.Adaptability and flexibility in handling diverse cases and tasks.Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
