The Whitney is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to report directly to the Chief Facilities Officer. The Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Facilities Operation, including hiring, training, time and attendance, scheduling work activities, vendor management, and assigning maintenance tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Coordinating scheduled setup/breakdowns Providing overall facilities support to all departments at all Whitney sites/locations as needed Working closely with nights and weekend Manager and shift Supervisors Providing oversight on special event activities Addressing personnel issues as they arise Working with team on hiring/training new employees Scheduling personal time-off Requirements: Working closely and cooperatively with the management team within the Facilities Division in leading and directing the workflow of Porters, Facilities Supervisors, Loading Dock activities and Mailroom activities.
