Your main tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for all matters relating to Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental issues, systems & procedures Ensure compliance & conformance with corporate directives & local legislation Custodian of the site layout, maintain up to date reviews for all aspects of layout, Buildings, Road Layout, Machinery and Equipment, Drainage, Services etc. Manage the building maintenance including machinery and equipment maintenance for the Leeds site, ensuring statutory compliance Overseeing and being responsible for new build projects and engage with contractors Manage our Canteen contract, Cleaning, Security & Reception To succeed in this role, you will need: BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field Relevant professional qualification (e. g. CFM) NEBOSH or equivalent qualified CDM Management of a CAFAM system Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Project management skills Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position Team working skills.
