We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various systems within our facilities. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Duties:· Building Maintenanceo Complete regular checks to ensure buildings HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems are in good working order, and complete minor repairs as needed. If more skilled repairs are needed, work with the Ops Manager to arrange and supervise the repairs.o Ensure that shop areas stay clean, organized and free of clutter.o Complete cleaning of the outside of the building as needed.o Keep an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.· Grounds Maintenanceo As needed, mow grass, weed eat, etc.o Keep tools needed to complete duties in good worker order, i.e mower, weed eater, chainsaws, etc.o Ensure grounds are kept free of debris and any materials or equipment are stored properly and organized.· Fleet Maintenanceo Work with the Ops Manager and Fleet Manager to deliver and pick up vehicles, trailers and equipment for regular maintenance and mechanical work.· Material Handlingo Assist Ops Manager with inventory, pick up and delivery of materials. To include customer warehouses, job sites, other Hightower offices, etc.- As needed, when delivering materials to site, take photos and/or video call with Ops Manager to identify any hazards or issues on site.o Assist Ops Manager with receiving and shipping of materials from the facility.· Field Coverageo Fill in as needed to support co-workers on PTO, out sick, or where additional support is required above the regular crew.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance (Company Paid) Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
