Job Title: Program Manager Job Summary: This position is in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Communications (AOC). The Program Manager will manage the work performed under this contract, as well as support Transition-In and Transition-Out activities. Responsibilities Include: Providing program management support to complete identified tasks efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements Preparing and maintaining a Project Management Plan (PMP) Providing Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) based on the deliverables identified in this SOW Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) Meeting quarterly with the Program Management Office (PMO) and COR for a Program Management Review (PMR) Providing a project schedule that aligns with the PMP Providing support during the Transition-In period and submitting a Transition-In Plan Supporting the Transition-Out process at the end of contract performance Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree 15+ years of relevant experience Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification Desired: Master's degree Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed remotely Some travel for meetings may be required How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
