We are committed to providing exceptional service, and our dedicated service department ensures a seamless and efficient process.We are currently seeking a Sales Producer to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Lithuanian. The Sales Producer will be responsible for growing our living benefits and life insurance book of business.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping people. They will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to build relationships with clients.Responsiblities:Proactively call clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidanceStay up to date on the latest life insurance products and industry trends to better serve clientsCollaborate with team members to achieve company and individual sales goalsTo be successful in this role, you must have:Strong sales skills with experience in tracking, developing, following up, and closing leadsExcellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with sales software, with knowledge of Infusionsoft a plusStrong communication skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detailActive P&C Producer LicenseFluent/Native in Lithuanian1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industryIf you are a highly motivated and skilled Sales Producer who is fluent in Lithuanian, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.This is a remote position.
