Michael Timothy's Dining Group is seeking an experienced maintenance individual to handle daily maintenance tasks at our 8 properties in Southern NH. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and coordinate jobs to be efficient. Our buildings are very busy and take a lot of wear & tear resulting in a myriad of work orders ranging from changing light bulbs to light carpentry, painting, basic repairs of equipment, no two days are ever the same! Daily preventative maintenance tasks of cleaning and changing filters must be coordinated with daily work orders. HVACR experience is ideal but not required.Great environment with many benefits, company provided work truck and tools.
