Hi, I'm Anna and I currently work for a local realtor and Airbnb owner. Right now I clean one airbnb, plus I am currently getting a second airbnb ready for the market. I have room to take on one more home owner. If you can give me your booking schedule I will do my best to take on as many cleans as possible to make sure your home is Preston's for your guests. I usually charge $100 per clean for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom main floor that is approx. 1000sq ft. So, anything similar I would charge the same price. If only one room is rented I charge $40 which includes full cleaning of common areas if needed, linens washed and replaced and home ready to be rented between 2-4pm. REMEMBER: Clean homes make happy guests, happy guests give excellent ratings, excellent ratings increase profitability. I also do MOVE-OUT cleans. Please contact me for more information.
