WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EXPERIENCED DENTIST 3+ years of experience in dental practice residency General dentist license in Tennessee Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA and OSHA regulations Ability to perform routine maintenance on dental equipment Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED DENTIST This full-time dentistry position operates on a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday , providing a structured and sustainable schedule for our team members.
