Text "Cruise" to 541-275-XXXX for quick apply! Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and expectations for expedition cruises. Offer insights and recommendations on destinations, cruise lines, itineraries, and shore excursions based on client preferences and current trends. Customize expedition cruise itineraries to meet individual client needs, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payment processing, and confirmation of travel arrangements. Arrange pre- and post-cruise accommodations, transfers, and travel insurance, ensuring seamless integration with cruise itineraries. Verify that all travel documents, visas, and health requirements are in order and communicated to clients well in advance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their booking process, offering support and addressing any questions or concerns. Inform clients about any changes or updates related to their cruises, including itinerary modifications, weather advisories, or health and safety guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of expedition cruise products, including new destinations, ships, and on-board experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel partners to negotiate the best deals and exclusive offers for clients. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering personalized service. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple clients' needs and bookings simultaneously. Genuine enthusiasm for adventure travel and a desire to share this passion with clients.
