Full-time: $55,000 salary Company Tri State Commercial Realty is a national real estate advisory and brokerage firm, with headquarters in Manhattan and offices in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Philadelphia, & Berwyn, specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales. (tristatecr.com) Responsibilities Schedule and manage executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Plan and Attend events, and meetings, with potential prospects and the possibility to travel as needed. Assist in the management of special projects, and presentations, providing research, documentation, and logistical support as needed. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications 2+ Years of Proven experience as a coordinator, preferably in a corporate setting in CRE. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, presentations). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
