Executive Chef Salary: 85,000 : 90,000 + Bonus Location: Phoenix, MD I am working closely with a country club who renowned for its dedication to providing exceptional culinary experiences for its members. The golf club promotes innovation while ensuring a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional cuisine that surpasses expectations. Responsibilities: * Oversee the propertys culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently and the food quality surpasses customer expectations* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the reputation for culinary excellence* Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary expertise and teamwork* Manage cost controls, forecasting, and inventory management* Monitor financial targets to ensure they are met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: * Extensive experience and proficiency in culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques* Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and mentor a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff* Ability to create innovative and seasonally appropriate menus that align with the clubs culinary standards and member preferences* Proven ability to manage food and labor costs, implement cost:saving measures, and maintain profitability while delivering high:quality cuisine* consistent food quality, adherence to health and safety regulations, and overall excellence in culinary offerings to enhance member satisfaction and uphold the clubs reputation If youre interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
