The competitive pay scale for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour , providing a fair compensation for your skills and efforts. You'll work a schedule of 40 - 50 hours per week. All that you need is: Ability to start in the next 2 weeks Ability to handle objects up to 75 pounds Ability to climb in and out of excavations Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb or crawl Ability to operate and back up a trailer with minimal supervision Willingness to work outside in the heat and cold Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Availability for emergencies Transportation to projects Willingness to travel (lodging and per diem is provided) Excavation experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not required. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on installing underground utilities and operate a variety of equipment, including shovels, picks, rakes, and more. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn and expand their skill set by operating machinery such as skid loaders, mini excavators, water trucks, and front-end loaders. As part of our team, you will have the chance to assist with problem-solving and take direction from our experienced Foreman while ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment to uphold a safe and efficient work environment.
