What We're Looking For: --- Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude --- Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing --- Reliable transportation, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license required --- Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus What We Provide: --- Competitive compensation: Starting at $20/hour for new team members, $20 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidates --- Potential for growth: Opportunities to progress into leadership positions with more $$$ --- The chance to create a meaningful impact in seniors' lives during significant transitions Responsibilities: --- Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal --- Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings --- Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process --- Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling --- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions --- Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges --- Perform any additional duties as required Qualifications: --- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment is essential --- Proficiency in basic computer skills is a must-have --- Previous experience in social media marketing engagement is highly valued --- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting are required --- A High School diploma or equivalent education is necessary --- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory --- Growth opportunities are available for exceptional talent About Company: At Caring Transitions, we're more than just a service - we're a family helping families.
