Description:
Our client is seeking to hire an ERP Manager that is a newly created role. Seeking someone who has had previous experience implementing and managing an ERP system, preferably Epicor. In this role, you will: · Determine and prioritize demand from internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a unified backlog and annual launch roadmaps that are aligned to strategy, goals, and budget · Communicate with key stakeholders, provide project progress updates, drive decisions, and resolve issues · Troubleshoot ERP related help desk tickets and provide solutions timely · Assist business partners with business case development, solution optioning, technical feasibility and cost estimates · Develop and customize robust tools to track and manage entirety of system utilization within the company · Work with key users to translate business requirements into function specifications, create required documentation, conduct required configurations, performing testing and change management · Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system’s efficiency and effectiveness · Continuously analyze existing environment and recommend related modifications and/or new integrations as needed to meet organizational needs · Manage ERP system upgrades, patching, and other maintenance tasks · Install various EPR apps and work to integrate, test and train users · Document detailed functional and design specifications and adhere to ERP methodology or standards · Provide hands-on technical expertise and training for all end-users · Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and other manuals · Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations · Design, create, and implement dashboards integrating ERP data with Power BI to present information to key stakeholders The Requirements for the Ideal Candidate Include: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technical field or equivalent experience (5+ years) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Project management experience with strong understanding of formal methodologies · Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, work cross-departmentally, while driving teamwork, and balance solutions between different stakeholders · Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales processes in a manufacturing environment · Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change projects, delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope Powered by JazzHR
