Functional Overview: Villa & House is seeking an ERP Analyst with minimum 1-3 years professional working experience, using Acumatica or other ERP system, preferably within a rapidly growing business. This role is an integral part of the IT team responsible for ERP administration and maintenance, as well as upgrades and development. The right person thrives in a collaborative environment and has previous hands on ERP experience. Key Responsibilities Create and collaborate to develop solutions and improvements by understanding the interface between software and users. Creation and management of Generic Inquiries using database tables and joins Work with users to develop improved use of Acumatica. Customize reports, create import/export scenarios, create business events, create dashboards and widgets Manage upgrades and feature improvements for business-critical ERP systems. Manage and coordinate work amongst coworkers to ensure priorities and deadlines stay on schedule and are completed. Write procedure/SOP manuals (Trainuals), user instructions, training documents, requirement documents, business correspondence, etc. Collaborates with teammates on new initiatives and proactively seeks ways to improve and evolve our IT operations Provide support for colleagues on the Acumatica platform. Assist with development of additional business solutions across a variety of hardware and software platforms. Skills, Traits, & Competencies Be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, professional and absolutely confidential with all matters Experience with SQL database design and queries, and report writing Experience with Acumatica, preferred or a similar ERP software Experience with Jira or a similar ticketing/workflow solution Experience with software integration and light development skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to learn new technologies quickly Time management skills: able to handle changing priorities but stay focused on completing high priority tasks Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Profit Sharing Friends and Family discount Career Growth Opportunities Generous PTO and Holiday package Possible remote or hybrid work available, based on location.
