In the role of an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in boosting sales by interacting with homeowners within the local community. Your responsibilities will include advocating for our premium windows and arranging meetings for our sales team. This position presents promising avenues for advancement, appealing bonuses, and the opportunity to be a part of a flourishing and reputable home improvement enterprise. Responsibilities:• Engage potential customers with a friendly and professional approach to build trust and rapport.• Conduct door-to-door visits in residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our premium window products and services.• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our windows to generate leads and pique interest.• Provide accurate information on our services, pricing, and warranties.• Schedule appointments with interested homeowners for in-home consultations with our experienced sales representatives.• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.• Represent The Window Source at community events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications:• Previous experience in sales, customer service is a plus.• We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.• Excellent verbal communication skills, optimism, and willingness to learn.• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Basic computer skills to maintain records and schedule appointments.• Knowledge of home improvement or window products is a plus but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided.• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license is required.
