We are looking for a Sales Associate who embodies our values and is passionate about helping our clients navigate their HR needs with confidence and expertise." Job Description: As an Entry-Level Sales Associate at Simploy, you will embark on a robust career path that is both challenging and rewarding. Your initial focus will be on acquiring a deep understanding of the PEO industry, mastering our unique value proposition, and developing essential sales skills through networking and strategic account targeting. Responsibilities: Continually develop your knowledge and skills in sales techniques, industry trends, and Simploy’s product offerings. Collaborate with our sales team to strategically target accounts and identify new opportunities. Manage and track sales opportunities from prospecting to closing using our process tracking software, Tallyfy. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and current referral sources to secure end-user referrals. Participate in conventions, conferences, and trade shows to represent Simploy and network with industry professionals. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Simploy’s services. Overcome client objections with a consultative approach, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our service Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and nurturing relationships Enthusiastic, organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Independent thinker valuing autonomy and creativity, with a willingness to travel for company-sponsored events. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not necessary Career Development: Within the first 18 months, you are expected to transition from learning to profitability.
