We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to start their careers with us.As an Entry Level Marketing Representative, you will work closely with our marketing team to implement various marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and generating new business leads. This position offers exposure to multifaceted areas of our firm and includes comprehensive training. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate promotional campaigns with customer sales promotions. Coordinate in-store service events and maintain successful field campaign operation. Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services. Generate new leads to support business growth. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel. Keep accurate and timely records of event traffic, production, and inventory. Identify new opportunities and efficiency innovations. The position will be considered for senior campaign management roles based on performance. Qualities We're Looking For: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision. Effective teamwork and leadership abilities. A proactive and self-starting mentality. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications OR internship in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results while managing multiple projects. Level-headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude. Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail. Ability to work well both in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
