In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in event management and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics such as event registration, catering, audio/visual equipment, and transportation. Assist with creating event timelines, schedules, and budgets. Help manage event setup, on-site operations, and tear-down. Maintain event inventory and supplies, and ensure timely replenishment. Provide administrative support, including responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with event promotion, social media updates, and post-event feedback collection. Ensure events run smoothly, addressing any last-minute issues or changes. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event support.
