At Morgan, we position our customers for success by collaborating with them to enhance safety, improve efficiency, and deliver value through the worlds most advanced material handling systemswhile building a better future for our employees and community.Position Summary:Due to growth, we are looking for a full-time Electrical/Automation Proposal Estimator to join our team in Alliance, Ohio.You will produce detailed technical specifications and estimates from RFQs by calculating estimates using your knowledge of machine design.Join our team to help us fulfill our vision: To challenge the possibilities of today by thinking differently.Responsibilities: Review and interpret electrical documents and schematic drawings Manage vendor pricing Create accurate cost estimates from start to finish Attend pre-bid meetings and occasional site visits Creating clearly written proposals Handle contract and scope review Changes in order pricing Maintain good client relationships and follow-ups post-bid submission Education/Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial estimating or relevant engineering experience Experience in machine design with understanding of automated systems Proficiency in MS Office Products AutoCAD is a plus Field service and system commissioning is a plus Pay and Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Subsidized childcare Life insurance 401(K) with company match Wellness program Paid time offAbout Morgan:For more than 150 years, Morgan Engineering has created a legacy as a world leader in material handling systems.
