Job Summary: The Project Engineer will be responsible for using a customer's requirements and developing a project plan which meets the program needs, in a cost efficient and timely manner. The Project Engineer is p rimarily accountable for planning, coordinating, and directing a new project or process, ensuring that organizational standards, procedures, and work processes are followed. Job Responsibilities: Your supervisor may from time to time ask you to perform other related duties not specifically included in this job description. This job's key responsibilities include: Develop, lead, and deliver project plans for new proposals and existing projects, liaising with cross-functional departments leaders. Manage project timing within overall program plan; track progress changes and develop mitigation plans when necessary. Track and control project costs, ensuring the project is progressing within the allocated budget. Ensure appropriate resources are available to support project activities. Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track and progressing in a timely manner. Report on program statuses and identifying critical issues. Act as primary point of communication interface with the customer for the respective program(s). Assist Quality and Production departments in troubleshooting and problem analysis in conjunction with any issues of quality or production efficiency, when requested. Analyze and.
