Responsibilities This is an on-site position Develop a prospecting database through cold and warm calls. Identify and establish contact with potential prospects. Identify opportunities within prospects and work to prepare and present proposals Develop relationships with existing customers by maintaining communication and alerting them of new products and services that may be of interest. Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, service, and relationship management; resolve issues that may arise pre/post sale. Attend industry trade shows to identify prospects and make meaningful contact with existing customers. Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities in electrical service. Manage awarded projects including material and labor management to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion. Attend weekly sales plan and review meetings with supervisor. Attend monthly projection meetings with supervisor to review all open projects/ Other duties as assigned by employer. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or related field 1+ year of Business to Business sales experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Behavioral Alignment with Our Guarantees. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Sales and negotiation skills. Must be organized and pay attention to details. Ability to function in fast paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
