Job ID: 24-02224 Endoscopy Technician Surgery Center Hyattsville, MD MUST: The experienced Endoscopy Technician will have experience: Experienced GI Technician 1 plus years of experience Must have endoscopy experience MUST have BLS cert Administer IVs Assist docs with GI procedures Clean and sterilize equipment DUTIES: The GI Technician will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Assist licensed physicians and nurses in treating patients with gastrointestinal disorders. Performs direct patient care activities under a physician's supervision. Assists with medical procedures, the technician ensures that all equipment is functioning properly before use.
