Seeking a committed Endodontist to join our vibrant dental practice in New York, NY, focusing on promoting excellent oral health for our patients. Must have a valid license, show empathy, and possess exceptional communication abilities. Our state-of-the-art facility in New York, NY features advanced technology such as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and a Global microscope to bolster your achievements. You will be supported by a proficient dental assistant to enrich patient care. Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and exceptional customer service to distinguish ourselves in the field. We welcome PPO insurance and provide certain services at PPO reimbursement rates. Compensation for this position will be determined according to a 50% production rate. Perks: • Role can be full-time or part-time • 401k after a year of employment • 2 preventative dental visits per year! • Reduced fee schedule • Supportive, collaborative work environment Responsibilities:• Provide professional and compassionate patient care, ensuring exceptional customer service• Collaborate with General Dentists in a team-based environment to deliver the best dental care possible• Strive to complete Endodontic treatment in a single visit, optimizing patient time management and overall experience• Ensure compliance with infection control standards, office policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines• Conduct thorough dental inspections using diagnostic tools to identify any dental diseases and determine appropriate treatment Qualifications:• The candidate must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school• A Bachelor's degree is also required for this position• It is necessary to be Board Eligible and/or Board-Certified in General Dentistry• Proficiency in computer skills is desired• Having advanced knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances would be helpful• CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are additional requirements for this role Compensation: $6,000 - $8,000 per diem, net 50% production About Company: Soul Dental is a contemporary, energetic, and growing company co-founded by two female friends.
