The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills along with a solid academic background. The role primarily involves drafting and reviewing employment contracts, providing employment counseling, leading EEO charge responses, and handling employment litigation matters. Active NY Bar admission or eligibility for admission is required.
