Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position manages the Brewers Association office and serves as a point person for members, non-members, and employees in person, on the phone and via email. This position plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by managing vendors successfully and bringing an ownership mentality to anything related to the office building. The position also makes significant contributions to in-house staff event planning and occasionally offers support to the membership team on tasks such as brewery tracking. This role is pivotal in creating a positive and engaging work environment, enhancing company culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a vibrant workplace. This position requires occasional work during evenings and weekends. Essential Duties - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, assisting in preparing conference rooms for large meetings, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.- Greet visitors providing information about the BA, encouraging membership as applicable, providing tour of first floor and knowledge on brewery locations within the area and ability to give suggestions as needed. - Answer main phone line, disseminate information and funnel calls to staff as necessary. - Manage office bar, including inventory, cleaning countertops and drainage, and running dishwasher.- Plan and coordinate all-staff events including staff outings, team-building initiatives, holiday parties, volunteer outings and staff celebrations.- Coordinate and manage employee engagement programs, including wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and group activities.- Develop and implement recognition programs to reward and celebrate employee achievements.- Assist in developing training and development programs that support career growth and skill development.- Lead initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and productivity.- Communicate effectively with staff to promote upcoming events, initiatives, and policy and procedural changes.- Oversee selection, design and purchasing of all-staff gifts. - Create and manage all-staff surveys related to company culture, staff engagement, and annual planning. - Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, including stationery, main supply room, printing stations, kitchen and association marketing materials.- Sort and distribute mail. - Update and create internal SOP documents as needed.- Lead all office maintenance and repair activities including vendor communications. - Manage general building tasks and relationships with associated vendors, including water coolers, door mats, janitorial service (for all properties), HVAC system, elevator/ADA lift, fire alarm, snow removal, window washing, alarm systems and schedule annual inspections of building. - Code and submit invoices related to building vendors. - Generate and manage annual budget for building vendors. - Complete a variety of other administrative and special projects as needed. - Complete data entry and analysis as needed. - Manage Benefits, including open enrollment and new employee enrollment.- Support onboarding of new employees, coordinate with Hiring Managers for training schedules, schedule department meet and greets, and perform orientation.- Support internal Culture Committee. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: - Ability to focus on one task for several consecutive hours. - Strong self-motivation and ability work independently.- Outstanding ability to develop positive relationships. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to promote events, publications, services and announcements to the media, members, industry representatives and general public. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects to achieve ongoing goals in multiple areas. - Strong organization skills and strong attention to detail.- Strong project and operations management skills. - Physical requirements include standing for long periods, travel, walking and lifting up to 40lbs. - Outstanding customer service ethic and high expectations for quality. - Ability to thrive in a cooperative office environment. - Ability to multi-task and concentrate amidst frequent interruptions. Travel Required - Great American Beer Festival.- Travel to other professional development, events and meetings as assigned.
