Employee Benefits Producer for NavSav Insurance Job Highlights Qualifications: Life and Health (L&H) License 5+ Years of proven track record of successful business development (B2B) sales Previous sales in the insurance industry (preferred) Proficiency in insurance terminology and Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events Assess clients' needs, understand their business objectives, and determine suitable employee benefit solutions Provide expert advice and consultation on employee benefits, including health insurance, ancillary plans, worksite coverage, and other related benefits Develop customized benefit plans tailored to clients' needs Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits Analyze market data to recommend competitive benefit packages Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting their needs Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions Ensure clients' benefit plans comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare reform laws such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Prepare and present proposals, including cost analysis and benefit comparisons, to clients Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers and benefit providers on behalf of clients Assist clients with benefits administration, enrollment processes, and claims resolution Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to streamline processes Benefits: We believe in taking care of our team, and that's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:- Medical Insurance- Retirement with employer match- Paid holidays- Paid vacation- Vision Insurance- Supplemental Insurance- Dental Insurance Why Join NavSav: We're not just another insurance agency; we're a team that values passion, hard work, and innovation.
