You would play a key role as part of Europes leading vending, coffee and refreshment provider, shaping lead generation and customer retention strategy in the UK and Ireland, helping to build the pipeline, resulting in a significant impact on the business. Full: time permanent role, offering a hybrid working pattern. Salary up to GBP43,000 dependent on experience plus benefits including life assurance, 5 weeks paid sick leave, plus industry leading training, development opportunities. : The Role Reporting to the Trade Marketing Leader and based in the companys Hemel Hempstead office 2:3 days pw, as the Campaigns Marketing Manager you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing email campaigns and social media content to nurture potential leads and expand business with current clients. Youll be tasked with the following: Developing and deploying integrated email marketing campaigns to drive leads and retain clients: This will include shaping the strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, creating content and measuring results: Managing the email content calendar, including new install stories and event support: Using marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and clients : Embracing an experimental mindset to drive, A/B test, learn, and optimize to achieve better results : The Candidate The ideal candidate for the Email Marketing Specialist role will have relevant experience of managing CRM strategies within B2B environments, creating highly effective customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies and achieving financial and customer retention targets for email/CRM marketing.
