Board is seeking a highly talented, self-motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team for a short-term 9 month maternity cover. Responsibilities: Work directly with the campaign managers to build and manage all email marketing campaigns for the demand generation team Ensure that the design and layouts of emails are optimized, user, and mobile-friendly Proofread key messaging and manage all email templates Monitor and optimize results of campaigns Make proactive suggestions on improvements to campaigns and new strategies to optimize performance Build reports and analyse results of campaigns Manage translations of emails (and landing pages where relevant) Work with graphic design department to build templates and landing pages Requirements: Background in marketing with 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Saa S environment Experience working with Marketo – specifically with segmentation Exposure to a global environment and familiarity with working with different languages; fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus Experience with campaign reporting and optimization within strict deadlines Ability to understand the buyer-persona’s needs: within finance, retail, and.
