Youwill work under immediate supervision and alongside some of the world's mosttalented Maintenance Technicians. You will contribute to the development ofHoneywell's next generation of sensing products by, testing and/or validatingequipment. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals whoprovide expertise and ensure the success of the site's commitment to theorganization and its customers. Key Responsibilities: Work with, maintain and repair building equipment and machinery, including HVAC and temperature control Contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of high technology products by testing and/or validating equipment Determine root cause failure of equipment and identify corrective actions to reduce future downtime Use your skills by working on exciting products and technologies Broaden and expand your knowledge by learning from highly experienced professionals and participating in challenging assignments Electrical and Industrial Maintenance Prepare and update equipment records, including work orders General facility maintenance (paint, wall repair, contractor coordination) Complete Preventive Maintenance tasks per schedule on CNC machines/mills, as well as manual lathes, saws, heat treating ovens, welders, overhead cranes and hoists and other facilities equipment U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate mustbe a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanentresident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma WE VALUE Maintenance certification HVAC knowledge Ability to use computers and computer interfaces Focus on important information and identify key details Clear and concise communications Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts Significant relevant experience Ability to lift 35lbs Additional Information JOB ID: req452584 Category: Facilities Location: 2080 Arlingate Lane,Columbus,Ohio,43228,United States Nonexempt Due to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.
