JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Sales CoordinatorDEPARTMENT: SVA Campus StoreREPORTS TO: Operations ManagerPOSITION OVERVIEW: Key responsibilities are the management of the e-Commerce website & vending machineproduct inventory and sales. E-commerce includes maintaining stock, order fulfillment, customer service,shipment preparation, and shipping as well as maintaining the visual design of the website and consistentproduct presentation in compliance with both Apple and SVA guidelines. This position will collaborate with theMarketing Sr. Coordinator on the implementation of marketing promotions for the website and be available forin-store sales.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:● Daily management and updating of the e-commerce website regarding availability of stock, newproducts, photographs, Apple guidelines, ADA compliance etc.● Daily fulfillment of all e-commerce orders posted to the store account.● Maintain a digital image archive of all product lines, edited for web and print.● Monthly sales summary reports generated and sent to Operations Manager.● Maintain best shipping rates and practices to be most cost effective and customer friendly.● Manage ecommerce customer contact lists for marketing email and targeted ad blasts● Communicate with ecommerce customers the status of their order and resolve issues with the higheststandard of customer service.● Collect information for claims on in-transit damages and lost packages and manage reimbursement● Consistently merchandise products to ensure all displays and inventory areas are fully stocked anddevelop strategies to move stale inventory in tandem with store sales staff.● Perform sales via phone, chat and in person as needed.● Participate actively in the monthly physical counts.● Perform basic administrative and inventory duties as needed.● Ability to work retail hours including some evenings, limited weekends and holidays, as the need arises.QUALIFICATIONS:● College degree preferred.● Retail experience preferred.● 2 years or more of POS and inventory module experience required.● Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail required.● Web programming, ADA compliance & SEO skills highly preferred.● Design skills & Adobe software knowledge highly preferred.● Product photography skills + image post productions skills highly preferred● Ability to lift +60 lbs.● Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision● Flexible work schedule required.
